Join the Olive Oil Man, as seen on Dragons' Den, Michael North expert and judge a trailmaster on his journey through the olive grove and all things olive and some of here lovers. Myth busting and bursting full of useful facts like matching food and seasonal fresh olive oils. He will introduce BLACK GOLD balsamic vinegars, some even outrageous and decadent and amazing in taste. He will extol the history and myths of the noble olive tree and its many uses.

Black Gold - Balsamic Vinegars
No additives or sugars, pure natural ingredients. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY CHEAP ALTERNATIVES.The Trailmaster's choice is nurtured in Modena, northern Italy, from the unfermented must of the Trebbiano grape, which is left on the vine for as long as possible, prior to crushing, to "snatch from nature its very last sunbeam". The crushed grape (must) is cooked, reduced and stored in barrels for six months to allow the sediment to settle, before being decanted into a clean wooden barrel and seasoned with a strong wine vinegar, the bacteria of which begins the fermentation and maturing process.
The balsamic vinegar is then expertly matured in traditional wooden barrels, including those of oak, mulberry, cherry, chestnut, ash and juniper to give a deep flavour and balance between sweet and sour.
At 12 or more years it is positively amazing, developing a new taste experience not to be missed!!
Also try our "Century 100" a very old balsamic vinegar that reaches sublime taste heights with an almost perfect balance of sweet and sour with a touch of a cinnamon note at the finish.
