The Tasting is for a couple, If you wish a gift for one person please email. Enjoy a relaxing two hours with Michael North (known as the Olive Oil Man) you know you like olive oil and balsamic vinegars, but you're not sure how to tell a good one from a bad. Is it a bad year? Which olive oil or balsamic will impress your friends, an Arbequina variety olive or a Sevillana olive? Well, stop worrying. Seasonal fresh olive oil should be a pleasure and never taste greasy, with this fun experience you can learn to taste with confidence while enjoying an educational quiz. The Olive Man, Michael North has hosted thousands of tasting sessions over 30 countries, so he knows his stuff. He can help you differentiate fresh olive oils from bad, avoid problem oils and vinegars. Have fun tasting a variety of single estate fresh olive oils and vintage traditional vinegars, learn how to match them with food and work in teams to identify oils in the blind tasting challenge.
